The deferred gift annuity is for younger donors which makes fixed annual payments to you and or another beneficiary for life, with payments commencing at a future date. The deferral income allows the Council of Churches of the City of New York offer a higher income rate for these annuities than for annuities whose income start immediately and you can receive a larger charitable income tax deduction.
